Who is Digital Saviors and where are you based?
We're a software and digital marketing agency based in Lahore, Pakistan. We build websites, mobile apps, custom software, and run SEO and paid marketing campaigns for clients in Pakistan, the UK, US, and the Gulf region.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes — most of our clients are international. We work with businesses in the UK, US, Gulf, and beyond. Projects run over Zoom and async updates, with overlap windows for EST, BST, and Gulf time zones. Communication is always in plain English.
What do you need from me to get started?
A short brief describing what you need, 2–3 examples of things you like, and access to any existing site or analytics. We'll ask the right questions, translate everything into plain language, and guide every decision.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign NDAs on request before any detailed brief is shared. Confidentiality is standard practice for us, especially on SaaS and product builds.
What industries do you work with?
We've worked across e-commerce, real estate, healthcare, food & delivery, SaaS, legal, education, finance, and retail. We're industry-agnostic — our value is in the quality of the build and the strategy, not niche-specific templates.
How do I start a project?
Fill in the
contact form with a brief description of what you need. We'll reply within one business day with a clear scope, timeline, and fixed estimate — no obligation to proceed.
How do you price your work?
Fixed-price quotes for defined project scopes, or monthly retainers for ongoing work like SEO, marketing, and maintenance. We always quote before starting — no surprise invoices, ever.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — typically 50% upfront and 50% on completion for fixed-price projects. For larger projects we agree milestone-based payments. Retainer work is billed monthly in advance.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, Wise (international), PayPal, and Stripe. For Pakistani clients we also accept JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and local bank transfer.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes. We offer monthly maintenance and support retainers covering updates, security patches, performance monitoring, and small feature additions. Ask during your brief and we'll include it in the proposal.
Can I see a quote before committing?
Absolutely. Send us your brief and we'll reply with a full scope, timeline, and fixed price — no commitment, no pressure. We only start work once you're happy with the proposal and the deposit is received.
How long until my project is live?
Simple informational websites: 1–2 weeks. Larger sites and e-commerce: 2–4 weeks. Custom web apps and SaaS: 4–12 weeks depending on features. Mobile apps: 6–16 weeks. You get a written timeline before we start — and we stick to it.
What does the project process look like?
Brief → Proposal → Kickoff call → Design / wireframes (your approval) → Development → Testing and review → Launch → Handover. We give you full visibility at every stage and never disappear mid-project.
How involved do I need to be?
We need you at key approval stages — design, content review, and before launch. Day-to-day execution is fully handled by us. Most clients spend 1–2 hours per week reviewing updates.
What if I need changes after launch?
Minor amendments in the two weeks post-launch are included. For ongoing changes we offer monthly maintenance retainers or quote individual change requests. Nothing ever happens without your sign-off.
Do you provide hosting and domains?
We can set up and manage hosting and domains for you, or work with your existing providers. Either way, you own all accounts and have full admin access at all times — your site, your data, your control.
What technologies do you build with?
Web: React, Next.js, WordPress, Shopify, Laravel, Node.js. Mobile: React Native and Flutter for cross-platform iOS and Android. Backend: Node.js, Python, PHP. We pick the right tool for the job — not whatever's currently trendy.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes — we do this regularly. We'll audit your current site and give an honest assessment of whether to redesign, refactor, or migrate to a better platform. We never recommend a rebuild just to charge more.
Do you build e-commerce stores?
Yes. Shopify for most product-based stores, WooCommerce for WordPress, and custom-built storefronts for complex requirements. We include payment setup, product import, and conversion-optimised layouts.
Will my site work properly on mobile?
Every site we build is fully responsive and tested across iOS, Android, and all major browsers. Mobile performance is treated as equally important as desktop — not an afterthought.
Do you build custom SaaS or internal tools?
Yes — CRMs, dashboards, booking systems, inventory tools, multi-tenant SaaS platforms. See our
Custom Software page for examples.
What's the difference between SEO and Digital Marketing?
Our
SEO service focuses on organic growth — technical SEO, content strategy, link building, and conversion optimisation. Our
Digital Marketing service covers paid channels — Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, and email. Many clients use both for the strongest results.
How long does SEO take to show results?
Typically 3–6 months for meaningful ranking movements. Local SEO for less competitive terms can move in 6–8 weeks. SEO compounds over time — it's a long-term investment that reduces your cost per lead month on month.
Do you guarantee first-page Google rankings?
No — and any agency that does is misleading you. What we guarantee: a clear strategy, consistent execution, and monthly reporting that shows exactly what's moving and why. We set achievable targets based on your domain strength and the competitive landscape.
What's the minimum budget for paid ads?
We recommend a minimum ad spend of $500–$1,000/month per platform to generate enough data for optimisation. Our management fee is separate and scales with your budget.
Can you run paid ads and SEO at the same time?
Yes — it's often the strongest combination. Paid ads deliver immediate lead flow while SEO builds compounding organic traffic. Shared tracking, landing pages, and audience data mean each channel makes the other more effective.
