A conversion-focused WordPress site for Pittsburgh's most trusted home improvement contractor — 40% more quote requests after launch.
High Grade Home Improvement had been Pittsburgh's go-to roofing contractor for over two decades. But their website looked like an afterthought — no real trust signals, no service structure, and a contact form buried at the bottom.
Potential customers were visiting the site and bouncing before requesting a quote. The brand had more credibility than nearly any competitor in the market, but none of that came through online. The goal: a site that converts visitors into quote requests, the same way the High Grade team converts quotes into loyal customers.
We designed the site around two goals: communicating 25+ years of credibility at a glance, and routing every visitor toward a quote request. Every section earns its place by doing one of those two things.
The homepage opens with the brand heritage and lead CTA above the fold, followed by service cards, a reviews section pulling real client testimonials, a certifications strip, and a project gallery. Service pages follow the same trust-then-action pattern. The mobile experience was optimized so that tapping the phone number is just as prominent as requesting a quote.

Our old site was embarrassing compared to the quality of our work. Now when people check us out online, the site actually reflects who we are — and the calls have picked up noticeably.
