A full Shopify storefront that took a Lahore home-decor brand off manual DMs and onto stable e-commerce infrastructure — 3.2× orders in 60 days.
Sajawat had a strong Instagram following and consistent inbound interest — but the team was spending several hours a day responding to enquiries and manually processing JazzCash payments through DMs.
Sales were limited not by demand but by the manual process around them. The team needed a proper storefront with integrated payments, real-time inventory, and automated delivery workflows — without losing the boutique aesthetic that had attracted their existing customers.
We approached the build in two layers — a customer-facing storefront designed to preserve the brand's editorial feel, and an operational back-end designed to scale beyond a two-person team.
The storefront uses generous spacing, editorial product photography, and a refined visual language closer to a print magazine than a typical Shopify theme. On the operations side, we configured Shopify with JazzCash and Easypaisa for local payments, Stripe for international cards, automated inventory tracking, and abandoned-cart email flows through Klaviyo.

For the first time, we feel like we have a real business — not a side project that exploded. The site does the work we used to do at midnight.
